Swann - Really awful avoid
Bought a new cctv system just short of 18 months ago and 2 cameras stopped working. Got 18 months warranty but lost receipt. Swann will not honour the warranty. It is a consumer right that with or without receipt that you have the same rights if items are faulty.

Bought swann nvr 8025 cant buy extra swn 806 nd cameras from any where discontinued very disapointed in future i cant replace cameras that goes faulty cant afford to replace all system fir company like swamm should keep products replaceabel for long period nothing else is compitabel what a shame full company worse than cowboys company
