Swann - Poor quality

Had the security system for 19 months. One month out of warranty the NVR died. Swann told me I could buy a new system from them. No thanks.

Swann - Non-existant Customer service

Don't ring them. Nobody answers the phone. Don't leave a message. Nobody will call you back. Don't send an email. Nobody will respond to it. Don't bother with their online enquiry form. Nobody will respond. I must have made more than 30 attempts to contact them without success. As they say -" can't complain about the service - there isn't any"

Swann - It started loosing some of the recording and then the dvr

The dvr will not review its says it full but will not power up to let you view it. So their is no way to clean the memory. And everything i have tryed points back at the monitor which is about 2 years old
