Tried to call Swann 4 times each time there was 25 to 38 callers ahead of me.Waited when they came to work, got in after twenty minutes, told dumb girl I had a defective camera, took me 10 minutes for her to understand my info.

said I would receive an email with return info.

well I am still waiting so I am going to the BBB and give them an ear full, probably will be a waste of time usually is but swann will get an ear full from me.Don't buy this junk I am going to night Owl they have better reviews.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of swann security camera and associated monetary loss in the amount of $50. Swann needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
