I bought Nvr 7400-8 it should record for 30 days obviously it's not!!i contact Swann more than 5 times I wanted add external hard drive for more space they told me buy seagate or Wd I buy seagate but the cable doesn't fit for esata I contacted Swann again there's no help they don't have a clue what model of seagate I have to buy !!!! I will take it back to maplin if they don't resolve this,, every time I was on the phone for nearly 30 minutes cost me fortune it's only 1 month old I had Swann Cctv for last 4 years for my business but what they did now it's an acceptable,never buy swann again.
