You don't need any additional information the issue is with the updated app! This has occurred since 13/3/17 and has at least 50 pissed off customers so far.

New version is no good as it does not let you view any playbacks, alerts and live view work. Contacted swan and they are oblivious of the issue, so don't seem to be testing their software

I have not really had any major issues until now, I recent software update on the app has rendered all playback recordings blank. Live view is fine as are the email alerts.

I was told by tech to reset reinstall to no avail. obviously they are not aware of the issue (even though there are 50+ complaints on the App Store) hope Swann realise as the product is no longer fit for purspose and failing to provide video evidence for any damage theft or break in will hold them responsible as product has failed for its intended purpose. Equipment is fine it's your software app that's failed through negligence and poor testing.

Generally looking at all the complaints they should be disgusted with their quality of service. Obviously someone has got rich off the back of this and had need to invest in the future of the company or the products and service

Issue still not resolved, a new update came out however not tested and playback will only work once a day that's it. So you will only be able to playback the 1st recording of the day, any other will be blank, no picture
